As an experienced Marketing Manager and part of the leadership team you will own the planning and delivery of their marketing strategy, and act as the key marketing contact with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers
The Role:
As Marketing Manager this is a key marketing role within the company and a superb opportunity for a dynamic and proactive individual to focus both Strategy and delivery and support the overall the business strategy.
Key responsibilities:
* Work with the MD to execute the Group Marketing strategy
* Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development.
* Take ownership of targeted brand awareness and lead/sales generation campaigns for the Group using online and offline channels including Product launches, promotional campaigns and events
* Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including e-shots, SEM/SEO and LinkedIn.
* Enhance brand positioning and core narrative, making sure this remains fresh, unique, and impactful in a rapidly evolving marketplace
* Track and report progress against specific marketing targets using key metrics
* Work collaboratively with the sales teams to create client case studies and success stories to help leverage future growth
* Own the Marketing budget ensuring a clear ROI on all approved expenditure
* Oversee the company websites, including content, user experience, development and maintenance
The Person:
* Proven professional with 5+ years’ experience in a Marketing role
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Proactive and organised, with strong ability to multi-task & prioritise
* Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills (verbal & written)
* Intellectual curiosity and industry perspective
* Strong online campaign management and execution
* Down to earth management and engagement style
* Collaborator and team player
* Strong analytical and presentation skills
* Experience of B2B marketing
* Clean Driving Licence and own Transport
