What are we looking for ?

Qualified, 3 Year experience (preferably more) A/C Installation Engineer.

Must have driving licence (van provided).

Must have Fgas. (CSCS, Ipaf, Pasma would be an advantage)

Must have clean DBS.

Ideally will be based in Leicestershire.

A bit about us.

Increased Turnover and Profit year on year for at least the last 11 years.

All our staff live in Leicestershire. 98% of our Customers are in Leicestershire too ! (Very limited travelling, no London work !)

We do not have an on-call rota, do no overnight work and don’t work weekends. (some Saturday work available at x1.5 rate)

We have recently won a VRF installation and hope to follow it with an even bigger one (both in Leicestershire).

All our Engineers receive at least one payrise per year and have received ££££ Cash bonuses at Xmas over the last 5 years due to our strong performance

We work 7am to 4pm, 7.30am to 4.30pm, or 8am to 5pm depending on the Client and the Engineers involved in the Installation.

80% of the time our staff leave work bang on time and are able to have a life with their family
