Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate between Supply Chain, Shipping, and Export departments to ensure accurate orders and timely deliveries
Respond promptly to customer inquiries about shipping and export delays, offering proactive solutions
Conduct daily checks on pending orders, resolving issues to maintain smooth operations
Address discrepancies efficiently, keeping customers informed and satisfied
Monitor key metrics, analyse data for improvement opportunities, and implement process enhancements to optimise efficiency and satisfaction

Job Requirements:

Experience in Supply Chain or Shipping departments
Understanding of international sales within the Supply Chain would be advantageous
Proficiency with MS Office (Word/Excel)
Knowledge of SAP systems would be advantageous
Experience working in a similar sized company
Flexibility and a willingness to learn new ways of working
