The Role:
We are looking for an experienced and confident Commercial Finance Manager to oversee our finance operations. In this key role, you will be responsible for producing accurate financial statements, including the P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow. You will also provide critical analysis of product and customer profitability, supporting the management team in making informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead all on-site financial operations, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

* Provide commercial insights and support to the management team.

* Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, identifying risks and opportunities.

* Oversee audit processes and maintain strong financial controls.

* Conduct regular reviews of financial statements, improving processes where needed.

What We’re Looking For:

* At least 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or stock-based industry.

* Strong knowledge of stock control and its impact on financial statements.

* Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, sumifs).

* Part qualified, fully qualified, or qualified by experience (QBE).

* Strong leadership and communication skills with a commercial mindset.
