KPI Recruiting Limited are recruiting in behalf our successful Europe-wide client based on the outskirts of Crewe. Due to continued growth & success, my client is recruiting for an internal sales advisor to be part of the team of six.
YOUR NEW ROLE
We are looking for someone with fantastic customer service and sales experience, for this varied and unique role. You will be calling customers to close deals, establishing if they are experiencing issues with products, providing assistance to customers, looking at alternative products and providing genuine advice and knowledge. Alongside a fair salary, you will earn commission based on your sales conversions. You will receive training on products, which is designed to maximise your confidence, increase your abilities and enable you to achieve targets.
Outbound sales calling
Promotion of own brand products
Meet and exceed individual targets
Advise on customer queries and recommend suitable products
Build relationships with customers
Accurately maintain database
Skills Required:
Experience of one year or more in an outbound telesales role
Naturally positive communicator, a real people person
Problem solver, helpful nature
Able to multitask
Team player
Positive ‘can do’ attitude
Attention to detail, high levels of accuracy
Competent with Excel
IT literate
The ability to actively listen, influence and negotiate with customers
