Key Responsibilities:

? Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, vendors, and buyers, providing exceptional customer service
? Conduct property viewings and guide prospective buyers and tenants through the process
? Negotiate offers and manage the sales/lettings process
? Canvass and generate new business opportunities
? Work closely with other departments to cross-sell additional services

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Essential:
✔ Full UK Driving License and access to your own vehicle
✔ Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
✔ Strong computer literacy and adaptability to new systems
✔ Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
✔ Previous customer service experience

✅ Desirable:
✔ Previous sales experience (not essential but beneficial)
