Customer Care Operative Required – Defect Repairs- M1 Corridor – Up to £44K + Van + Package
Invision are currently representing a leading Construction company who are recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Operative to cover the London based projects. This is to carry out warranty repairs on new build properties.
Key Duties:
* Liaising directly with the aftercare / customer service teams in relation to defects that require immediate repairs and response.
* Experienced in repairing defects, which includes (but not limited to): carpentry work, doors, kitchens, plumbing and pipework, wall and floor tiling and all concrete repair work and minor roof repairs
* Carrying out repairs of defects within occupied buildings and live environments.
* Liaising with the Customer service teams, updating them on progress of works carried out.
* Carrying out repairs of defective work with the high possible regards to health and safety, ensuring compliance to health and safety at all times.
* Ensure works are completed as soon as possible on the first visit, if this is not possible then liaise with the customer service teams in order to draft in a specialist if required.
* Communicating with client representatives in a polite and professional manner.
* Upholding the image of the company maintaining a professional and smart appearance at all times.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years’ experience.
* Working for a national housebuilder / developer would be advantageous
* Professional etiquette and appearance.
* Happy to travel into London
