Receptionist / Administrator – Sheffield
We are working with our client, a prestigious retail brand in the heart of Sheffield, who are renowned for providing top quality goods to their clientele – they now have a permanent opening for a top quality receptionist to join the team.
This company pride themselves on the services they offer to their customers, and you will play a pivotal role in this as you will be responsible not just for their first impressions but will also be the go-to person for current customers needing certain departments. You will be a fantastic and enthusiastic communicator, eager to help with queries and very organised.
On a day to basis you will be greeting customers, both face to face and over the phones, dealing with queries, and selecting which department they will need to be transferred to – operating a switchboard, you will be tasked with taking and relaying messages.
This is a busy role in itself and you’ll be also required to carry out various ad-hoc Administration tasks as and when required – these are from collating timesheets, post duties, copying, and typing of memo’s / other documents as and when needed.

The company operated 7 days a week – you will be working just under 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, as well as either a Saturday or Sunday on a rota basis with time off given in lieu –
