Job role: Multi trader

Location: Somerset

Your responsibilities will include:

* Carrying out repairs and maintenance tasks in different trades, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance.

* Responding to service requests in a timely and efficient manner.

* Ensuring all work is completed to high-quality standards and in compliance with relevant regulations.

* Working with other team members and contractors to gain good project goals.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Multi Trader.

* Relevant trade qualifications in plumbing, carpentry, or another related field.

* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.

Skills:

* Plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

* Customer-focused approach with good communication skills.

* Good problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail
