Estate Agent Senior Floating Branch Manager

You will manage the day to day Estate Agency business working closely with staff to maximise income and profit from a range of products and services. You should have a successful track record in Estate Agency and must genuinely like people and enjoy dealing with them in a business context and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service. You will need drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunity.

Estate Agent Senior Floating Branch Manager - Key objectives:

Responsibility to increase revenue and profitability through the achievement of agreed business targets
Setting and reviewing performance standards
Development of team members
Implementing agreed business plans
Listing and selling properties
Maintain a compliant business

Estate Agent Senior Floating Branch Manager - Remuneration:

Basic Salary: £29,000
On Target Earnings: £50,000 - £55,000
Company Car or £3,500 Car Allowance
Work Pattern: 5 days per week including alternate Saturdays (business permitting) – Monday to Friday 08.30 – 17.30, Saturday 09.00 – 17.00
