Technician/Technologist/Architect for Data Centre Projects in Europe

About the Role:
My client is highly successful, long term established Architecture firm based in Old Street. They are seeking a dedicated professional to join their growing team, focusing exclusively on the construction stages of Data Centre projects across Europe. This is a technical role, not suitable for those looking for design work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work Stage 5 Projects: All projects are in Work Stage 5, appointed by the Contractor.
- Subcontractor Coordination: Co-ordinate subcontractor information in the Revit model, with a strong focus on facades and fit-out work.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrate excellent technical knowledge and experience on large-scale projects with complex model structures.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 3 Years of Experience: Proven track record in a similar role.
- Revit Proficiency: Essential, especially with large and complex models.
- Technical Submissions: Experience in checking and coordinating technical submissions.
- Client Design Standards: Familiarity and adherence to client design standards.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multi-disciplinary consultants and your own workload under the guidance of an Associate Director.
- Complex Projects: Experience in the design and coordination of complex tender packages for fit-outs and M&E led projects.
Additional Requirements:
- European Travel: Current passport and the ability to travel freely within Europe without visa/passport restrictions. Willingness to attend overseas site meetings as required.
- Software Skills: Experience with Revit/BIM on complex models, clash detection, and Navisworks is advantageous.
- Independent and Resourceful: Ability to work independently while effectively reporting to the Associate Director.
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: £35,000 - £45,000, commensurate with experience.
