Our client is a well-established engineering company based in the Birmingham area who are looking to bring on board a Senior BMS/Commissioning Engineer.

Role Profile
For this role they are looking for someone who has knowledge of any of the following BMS systems: Trend, Tridium, Distech and SIP. This person must be able to write a program from concept, including the production of graphics. For this role roughly about 60% of the time you will be office based with the remainder of the time you will be installing, commissioning and testing software and plant operation on site.
The successful candidate must have a proven ability in the Design and Commissioning of allaspects of HVAC controls and building management systems. The ability to work independently is expected. A sound knowledge of HVAC plant and associated equipment is essential.
The role will be Monday – Friday under a 40-hour working week.
Key Skills
* Qualified in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (ONC/HNC) Minimum
* Experienced in the Commissioning of Building Management System
* Must be qualified and experienced with Trend Systems and possibly Distech, Niagra (N4).
* Able to write Software and Graphics from mechanical designs.
* BACnet, SIP, Modbus systems experience desired.
* CSCS/ECS or JIB registered, ideally ECS BMS technician card holder
* A valid driving licence
