Introduction to the Company

Fabric Recruitment are working in partnership with a fast-growing company based in Melton Mowbray.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small Warehouse team to drive new strategies across the Warehouse operation and take a hands-on approach.

You will take responsibility for all inbound and outbound activities and ensuring all standards are met and exceeded.

Description of the role:

Take ownership of housekeeping across the site.
Ensuring all Health & Safety policies are adhered to.
Scheduling daily workload and allocation of staff.
Ensuring all opening and closing procedures are followed.
Recruitment of warehouse team members and HR including performance reviews.
Taking the lead in implementing new procedures and standards.

About you:

Experience of working within an SME environment managing heavy products.
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office.
Able to lead by example.
Experience of managing a small team able to implement change and improvements.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with fragile products.
