The Role:

As a Social Worker in our FAST team, you will:

Handle a manageable caseload: Benefit from a balanced workload that allows you to provide high-quality support to families.
Engage in varied and impactful work: From assessments and safeguarding to court proceedings, work on short-term family assessments as well as long-term Child and Family Plans and Child Protection Plans.
Perform critical legal work: Complete pre-proceedings work and issue care proceedings, ensuring the best outcomes for children and families.Hybrid Working:

We offer flexible hybrid working arrangements to support your work-life balance, with an expectation of regular office days to facilitate team collaboration and integration.

What We Offer:

Can offer an immediate interview and a start date of Monday 16th September: Meaning you can be in this stable year-long contract as soon as possible.
LOW Caseloads: 18
Contract Stability: This position is a maternity cover so can provide some long term locum stability.

Requirements:

Degree in social care
Social Work England Registration
