Andy File Associates Limited is working as a Recruitment Agency on behalf of our client with regards this permanent position.
We have a new permanent opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our client at their Head Office in Bourne, Lincolnshire.
They are now seeking an Administrator to provide filing / document control and administrative support to the team. This is an important role within the business and this position ensures all documentation is organised and up-to-date.
Hours of work: This can be either a Full Time role 9.00am to 5.00pm or Part Time is also an option to fit around school pick ups/drop offs if required, they are flexible. Salary is pro rata for part time.
Your day to day will include assisting with:
* Ensuring all documentation is uploaded onto the electronic filing system.
* There are considerable amounts of documents coming in all the time so maintaining accurate filing systems is essential.
* Filing company reporting documents and project documentation.
* Support the team with general administrative assistance.
* You must have good IT skills and preferably have worked in a similar office administrator / document control role.
* You will be highly organised and be able to use your own initiative.
* Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and procedures is essential.
Salary: DOE/Hours worked
Holidays: 28 (including bank holidays) Pro rata for part time
