Teacher (All Subjects/Levels) Starting from August 2025

£2k - £4k depending on school, subject, seniority

Primary Purpose of Job:

We are looking for passionate, innovative, and compassionate educators to join our teaching team in the UAE. As a teacher, you will inspire and guide students in a multicultural learning environment, fostering academic excellence, personal growth, and a love for lifelong learning.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, student-centered lessons aligned with the curriculum framework (US, British, or other relevant curricula).

* Use innovative teaching methods, including educational technology, to enhance student learning.

* Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.

* Foster creativity, critical thinking, and independent learning.

* Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement curriculum initiatives and cross-curricular strategies.

* Participate actively in extracurricular activities, school events, and community engagement programs.

* Contribute to the professional development of the school by attending meetings, sharing expertise, and supporting new initiatives.

* Maintain high standards of behavior, engagement, and academic achievement in the classroom.

Position Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in education or a relevant subject area.

* Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).

* Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in an international or multicultural setting.

* Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

* Proficiency in using technology and blended learning practices.

Desirable:

* Experience teaching specific curricula (e.g., US, British).

* Leadership experience or expertise in a specialized subject area.

* Familiarity with UAE education and inspection standards.
