We are looking for an experienced growth marketeer/growth hacker to join a client of ours who are a brand activation agency. A role has come up where you will be working with one of their clients who are one of the largest tech companies in the world.
  
You will be an integral part of an on-site team supporting the client to accelerate customer acquisition and to increase engagement and retention. You will be the expert in utilising B2B growth marketing strategies, optimising the customer lifecycle and crafting compelling messaging that resonate with the target audience.
  
Key Responsibilities

Design and execute data-driven experiments to identify growth opportunities across multiple channels (SEO, Content, Paid Acquisition and Referral Programmes).
Always be one step ahead of emerging marketing trends and technologies to constantly test amd refine growth tactics.
Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement, retention and lifetime value.
Design targeted up-sell and cross-sell campaigns based on customer behaviour and segmentation.
Identify and address potential churn triggers, implementing retention strategies.
Craft compelling and persuasive copy for marketing campaigns, website content, landing pages, emails or social media.
Tailored messaging to different customer segments for max impact.   
Experience

Experience in growth marketing or a similar role.
Ideal experience in a large SaaS or technology environment.
Familiar with customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing frameworks.
Understanding of technical SEO and content optimisation.
Proven track record of successfully implementing growth strategies and achieving measurable results.
Fantastic project management skills.
Can thrive working independently or in a team.
Experience with data analysis tools and strong analytical skills.
Perfectionist in communication and copywriting.
Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.   
This role starts as a 1 year FTC with the potential of extension/permanent. Great salary and benefits.
