About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher with Tradewind Recruitment, you will play a key role in ensuring that students continue to receive high-quality education in the absence of their regular teacher. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to work across a variety of subjects and year groups, providing a diverse and fulfilling teaching experience. Key Responsibilities:

Delivering pre-prepared lessons to students in a structured and engaging manner.

Managing classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment.

Supporting students of all abilities and encouraging their academic progress.

Working collaboratively with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning.

Adapting lessons to meet the needs of the pupils, where necessary.

Following safeguarding procedures and maintaining a professional standard of conduct.

The Ideal Candidate:

A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent qualification.

Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage students.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching.

Previous teaching experience is desirable but not essential.
