Quest Employment is hiring Production Operatives to work in the Packing Department of a leading food company in Brackley. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring quality products reach major retail customers.

Purpose of the Role

The main goal of the Packing Operative is to ensure the smooth running of Retail and Rotis sections, while strictly adhering to Health & Safety Regulations and Food Safety Rules. You’ll work as part of a team preparing finished products for dispatch to major retailers.

Key Responsibilities

* Trussing chickens in preparation for film wrapping.

* Bagging chickens.

* Grading the quality of chickens.

* Removing dolavs for weighing and storage.

* Supplying the production line with raw materials.

What We’re Looking For

* Basic understanding of hygiene practices.

* Experience on repetitive production lines is preferred.

* Desirable: previous work in a warehouse or production line environment.

* Strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure.

* A flexible and positive attitude.

Working Environment

As finished products are stored in a chilled atmosphere, the factory is fairly cold. However, appropriate protective clothing will be provided to ensure your comfort.
