A London based charity are looking to recruit a Development Manager to lead a team of 12 Developers as part of a major digital transformation programme.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

Leading on process and creation of technical solution design and documentation
Overseeing the development process to produce reliable and efficient software solutions
Leading on the technical elements of project delivery throughout the project life cycle
Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
Ensuring all development work is delivered to agreed schedules.
Conducting regular code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency

The successful candidate will have a broad Development background including a mix of the following: C#, Angular, Node, JavaScript and AWS, as well as at least 5 years of leadership experience.

This role is requires 1 day per week on site in London
