Based in Swadlincote, the company operates out of a modern office and large, well-equipped manufacturing facility, where innovation and quality craftsmanship are at the heart of their operations.

The Role

As a Fabrication Welder, you will be responsible for producing stainless steel tanks and pressure vessels to exact specifications, ensuring they meet our clients' high standards. Your duties include welding and fabricating tanks, silos, and pressure vessels from start to finish, delivering a mirror finish on stainless steel products. You'll follow engineering drawings to ensure accuracy and perform quality checks on completed work, all while collaborating with a skilled team in a safe, spacious workshop

The Candidate

We are looking for an experienced Fabrication Welder who takes pride in their craftsmanship. You should have expertise in welding stainless steel, particularly in creating tanks and pressure vessels for industries like food, pharmaceuticals, or nuclear. Attention to detail is key, especially in achieving a flawless finish. You must also be comfortable interpreting technical drawings and managing projects independently or as part of a team
 
In return, our client offers up to £21 per hour, with overtime available. You’ll work in a supportive environment within a state-of-the-art facility, with 25 days of annual leave and a Christmas shutdown.
