My client is a industry civil engineering contractor with multiple contracts across the UK.

We are currently recruiting a Project Manager to join the company and manage a Groundworks and RC project based in South East London.

My client has continuous work and long term additional projects.

RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE!!!

THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!!

Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Reporting and working alongside the Managing Director.

• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety

• Keeping site diaries

• Writing RAMS

• Producing programmes.

• Managing subcontractors

• Providing progress reports

• Managing procurement and sourcing of labour.

• Managing sub contractors.

Project Manager Requirements:

• CSCS

• SMSTS

• Experienced writing programmes.

• Engineering background (beneficial)

• Experienced within Groundworks and Reinforced Concrete for specialist contractors.

• Experienced in a senior management position
