We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented organised individual for an Accounts Assistant position within a leading law firm in London! Our client is seeking those with around 18 months experience within a professional services environment in an Accounts role in order to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accounts Support: Process invoices, chase overdue payments, and manage client accounts
* Perform monthly bank reconciliations and maintain cashbooks
* Post invoices to online billing platforms and monitor their status
* Update client records and handle purchase invoices for foreign attorneys
* Assist with general office admin tasks
* Ad-Hoc reception support: Greet visitors, manage the conference room diary, and assist with meeting setups
Key Skills:
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Experience with Sage, Microsoft Teams, and online billing platforms is preferred
* Good communication and customer service skills
