Location: Immingham

Hours: Mon-Fri

Grafton Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a leading Logistics company in the Immingham area who are looking for a confident Sales & Forwarding Coordinator to join their busy, growing team.

The role:

Liaise and negotiable prices with subcontractors
Take booking and create on the internal software
Administration duties- filing/answering calls/emails/queries
Issuing sales invoices to customers
Passing purchase orders
Spot quotes using an in-house tariff system
Customer Service duties
You will need:

Administration skills
Methodical thinker
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent telephone manner
Ability to prioritise workloads
IT Literate
Confident and approachable
Ability to work towards deadlines and KPI's
