Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer

* Covering Oxfordshire & Berkshire

* Salary: £41,000 + Overtime + Call-Out Allowance

* Company Vehicle + Fuel Card Provided

* Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

A leading FM company is looking for an experienced Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple commercial, education, and industrial sites, carrying out planned and reactive electrical building maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out PPM & reactive maintenance on electrical building systems and plant equipment

* Working on general building services – Mechanical & some fabric works

* Work across a variety of sites, ensuring high standards of maintenance and compliance

* Participate in a 1-in-4 call-out rota

* Opportunity for overtime and further training to enhance career progression

The role of a Mobile Maintenance Engineer is to carry out the PPM and reactive repairs to electrical & some mechanical services. Additionally the engineer will be expected to assist other trades as directed by the operations Manager from time to time..

Carry out routines unsupervised (PPM and reactive), diagnose and repair faults on electrical and building services (L8, AHU maintenance, fire alarms, lighting testing, lighting repairs, pumps, motors, heating system fault finding and awareness.

Relevant work experience includes but is not limited to;

* Emergency lighting

* AHU’s, FCU’s

* Pumps, Motors

* Fans, Belts, Filters

* General maintenance

Skills Required:
The successful candidate must have:

* With at least 3 years experience in electrical building services

* Full UK CLEAN Driving Licence

* 18th edition

* Testing & Inspection - 2391 or 2394/2395

* City & Guilds Electrical installation level 3

* Must be well presented with good interpersonal skills as this is a client facing role
