Key Responsibilities of a Cover Supervisor:

Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged and on-task.
Deliver pre-set work and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
Support students with their learning by clarifying instructions and answering questions.
Monitor and record student attendance, progress, and behaviour.Essential Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage and engage groups of students effectively.

High levels of organisation and reliability.Desirable Skills:
