About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled MFL Teacher to inspire and engage students in French and Spanish. The role will involve teaching French up to Key Stage 4 and Spanish at Key Stage 3, delivering high-quality lessons that motivate students to develop their language skills.

This MFL teaching position is initially on a temporary basis with the potential for a permanent contract for the right candidate. The school offers a welcoming environment, excellent resources, and strong leadership to support professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging MFL lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Teach French up to KS4 and Spanish at KS3 level.
Assess, track, and monitor student progress, providing targeted support where needed.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation.
Collaborate with colleagues in the MFL department to develop innovative teaching strategies.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
UK teaching experience within the subject specialism.
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching French and Spanish.
