Project Manager – West London – Restaurant Fit Out - Fast-Track
Are you a project manager who has recent experience of overseeing high end-fast-track restaurant fit out projects and are looking for a new permanent position?
We are recruiting on behalf of a well established high-end restaurant fit-out contractor, who are based in West London and are looking to add a project manager to their delivery team on a permanent basis.Projects include high-end restaurants, hotels and spas , which are located predominately across London and the home counties.
Due to series of contract wins from existing and new clients, they have secured circa £12 worth of work for going into 2025 and are therefore looking to grow their team to be able to service the contracts.
Duties & Responsibilities :
* Compiling construction phase plans
* Programming
* Setting budgets
* Liaising with client , directors,designers and site teams
* Chairing site meetings
* Progress reports
* Assisting with final accounts
Experience & Requirements :
* Recent experience of managing fast-track restaurant fit out projects
* Client Facing
* Trades background
* Local to West London
* Able to provide references
The expectation is that the project manager can attend the contractor's offices at least twice a week to attend team meetings and the remainder of the week can be spent at site meeting or working from home.
