X2 Vacancies- Permanant & Constract
Location– Northumberland

Contract role- Competitive hourly rate (£45 - £50 an hour, LTD company, Outside IR35, (12 - 18 month constract).

Permanent role - Competitive salary (£50,000 - £55,000) plus great benefits

The role is based at their modern, well kitted offices in Greater Manchester which is known as a great place to work.
This company hires bot permanent staff and contractors but the preference for this role is to hire someone on a permanent basis due to the training and development opportunities on offer.
They work with some of the best, and well-known pharmaceutical giants in major projects worth millions of pounds.

You will have a background in Construction/Structural projects and be knowledgeable of JCT & NEC contracts.
So if you have a QS background from a design and build environment and want to develop and progress your career then apply.
Any pharmaceutical environment experience would be ideal but not entirely necessary so don’t worry about not applying if you don’t have it.
Character and attitude will be an equal factor.
