Overview:

Redwood Search is looking for an experienced Light Commercial and Car Technician/Mechanic to join a franchised dealership in Kidderminster. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual to further their career in a supportive environment, with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:

* Perform services and repairs on cars and light commercial vehicles to manufacturer standards

* Work efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining high-quality work

* Collaborate with team members to achieve targets set for the team

* Adhere to safety standards and ensure the cleanliness of the work area

* Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities provided by the company

Qualifications and Experience:

* At least 3 years of experience working in a franchised dealer or independent garage/repair centre

* Competency in the service and repair of vehicles

* Full UK driving licence is required

* Minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair

* Strong commitment to quality work and teamwork

Work Schedule:

* 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

* Saturdays on a rota basis (1 in 4)
