Compliance Auditor
£35k – Doncaster DN5
As well as a salary of £35k, the Compliance Auditor can expect:
Hours: 40 hrs. per week 8am-4.30pm Mon–Fri
Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays
Pension: The Company will make contributions of 7% of earnings into the scheme. In addition, for every 1% the employee contributes the Company will contribute a further 0.5% up to a maximum Company contribution of 10%

Based in Doncaster, but travelling to other sites in the UK and Europe when needed, therefore a full UK driving license and in date passport are essential. The Compliance Auditor will conduct audits and evaluate H&S compliance against Group Policy and legislation. The employer manufactures products for use in human and animal foodstuffs, agriculture, and industrial applications. They also produce bio-fuels and renewable energy and so an excellent understanding of Occupational Health & Safety in the Manufacturing Industry is essential ideally having led audits against ISO 45001.
Other duties of the Compliance Auditor will include:
Audits and audit preparation, i.e. sending out pre-audit questionnaires, gathering information relevant to the audit, generating audit checklists, contacting site reps, and completing reports.
Ensuring any H&S and compliance issues highlighted in the follow-up audits are dealt with, ensuring corrective actions are closed out/completed.
Offering Sites tailored support in continuous improvement of compliance against Group Policy and safety culture and supporting factory personnel with H&S/compliance issues and audits.
Experience of auditing against ISO 45001 is essential, plus, you will need:
To be qualified in IOSH and NEBOSH with a good standard of education.
Excellent communicator, both written and verbal with good IT skills including Excel.
Must be self-motivated and driven, with the ability to make decisions at an appropriate level.
Can work under pressure whilst meeting tight deadlines, prioritising workload.
