Sector: Education and TrainingA Behaviour Mentor is needed in a Mixed Secondary School in Bath. This full-time role offers a fantastic opportunity to support students and help them achieve their best.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work within the Study Support Centre, assisting pupils in improving their engagement and behaviour. Responsibilities include:

Planning and delivering small group activities/interventions.
Monitoring pupil progress within the Study Support Centre.
Collaborating with TAs and the wider Support Team.The school in Bath has a long-standing reputation for excellence, rated consistently as 'Good' or 'Outstanding' by Ofsted. It also features dedicated resource bases for SEN pupils, ensuring an inclusive environment.

Requirements:

Right to work in the UK.
Enhanced DBS.
