You're quick, efficient, and can deliver results faster than a project deadline.

Produce a set of monthly management accounts that would make any accountant proud. This includes actuals, forecasts, and everything in between.
Be the CIS guru, ensuring they're always in line with HMRC regulations.
Dive deep into the P&L statements like you're searching for treasure. Find the gold and let them know where the leaks are.
Balance sheets are your playground. You'll know them inside and out, left to right, and probably in your sleep.
Keep an eagle eye on the cash flow for each site and for the Group as a whole. Make sure they have the cash they need to keep building.
