Due to continued growth and success, we are seeking an Internal Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The successful individual will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Reperio!

Responsibilities

Sourcing and headhunting potential candidates
Screening candidates over the phone
Shortlisting
Scheduling on-site interviews
Assisting the internal recruitment team with on-site interviews, and providing appropriate feedback
Advertising open vacancies
HR admin tasks and assisting the HR team with onboarding new employees

Requirements:

Background in sales/recruitment preffered but not essential
Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone
Ambitious
