Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims from inception to resolution.

* Handle complex matters of medical negligence claims.

* Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare cases for settlement or litigation.

* Liaise with clients, medical experts, and counsel to progress cases effectively.

* Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, maintaining the highest level of client care.

Requirements:

* Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in clinical negligence.
