We are seeking a Registered Manager with a strong domiciliary care background to lead an established and well-reputed service in Croydon. With over 2,000 hours of care plus live-in care packages, they have maintained a strong reputation for the past couple of years but looking for fresh ideas to develop the service further to new heights.
Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:
Oversee the day-to-day management of domiciliary and live-in care services
Ensure high-quality, person-centred care in line with CQC standards
Develop and implement strategies for service growth and continuous improvement
Lead, support, and motivate a dedicated team of care professionals
Maintain compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements
Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including service users, families, and local authoritiesRegistered Manager Requirements:
Previous experience in a management role within domiciliary care
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance standards
Ability to drive service development and quality improvement
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or working towards) preferredBenefits:
