Position: RMN STAFF NURSE – MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES

Location: MANCHESTER

Salary: c£39K PER ANNUM

Hours: 42 HOURS / WEEK – OVERTIME AVAILABLE – DAYS OR NIGHTS

A great opportunity has arisen for an RMN qualified Nurse, to work in a 4 bedded Mental Health Nursing Home in Manchester with “Good” CQC Ratings in all areas. They provide individually tailored, person centred care to adults.

Reporting to the Registered Manager / Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for delivering the highest standards of care.

Job Requirements:

* Positively supporting the Registered Manager and Clinical Lead in providing care to the service users

* Managing individual care plans & files

* Ability to assess & evaluate service user needs

* Keeping accurate administrative records

Skills / Qualifications:

* RMN Qualified

* Proven track record in delivery of high-quality mental health care

* Extensive Mental Health Sector experience

* Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards

* Dedicated and inspiring, with the ability to lead, motivate and develop staff
