Nelson Permanent Placements are currently recruiting on behalf of our client who are a well-established UK leading mobile vehicle bodywork repair specialist. Due to growth our client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor based in Leeds.

The ideal candidate will be bubbly & organised individual and have at least 3 years’ experience within a customer service based role dealing with inbound calls and emails.

Key responsibilities:

* Provide fantastic customer service over the phone and via email

* Ability to deal with inbound calls from customers

* Ability to deal with inbound calls from Technicians

* To assist in general enquiries via email through the dedicated customer service inbox and other mailboxes that the customer service team are responsible for working

* Resolve customer queries in regard to planning repairs using internal booking systems to book these in

* Liaise with the Planning Team to resolve customer queries where necessary

* Resolve and investigate complaints that customers/administrators raise and log these on the complaints database

* Liaise with Regional Managers for updates in relation to repairs and complaints

* Dealing with general public private quotation requests that we receive into the business daily

* To undertake any formal or informal training arranged by the company and attend meetings as and when required

Essential:

* Must have a proven record of achieving outstanding customer service by phone and email.

* Excellent Listening skills

* Good organisation skills

* Have the ability to multi-task and have good attention to detail.

* Experience of working with computer systems

* Ability to empathize and fact find

* Must be able to work well within a small team
