CERT Solutions is looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school that supports children and young people with severe learning difficulties (SLD), complex needs, and some behaviour challenges. The school caters to students from EYFS to Post-16, providing a supportive and structured learning environment.

What We Need:

* Experience working with SEN children is essential.

* Ability to de-escalate behaviour using positive techniques.

* A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is required.

* Someone patient, understanding, and committed to supporting children with additional needs.

* A team player who can follow guidance and work closely with teachers and therapists
