My long standing client are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Manager for their organisation.

The role will involce managing a team of administrators and coordinators to deliver tailored advice and offer broader support to householders. Working alongside an established Team Manager you will maintain robust performance reporting, quality assurance and process reviews while ensuring all team members meet minimum KPI targets and provide excellent customer service.

Full time, permanent role in bespoke offices with the potential of hybrid working following successful completion of probationary period this role is integral in supporting the development of the organisation.

Salary £30-35k per annum plus additional benefits
