As a Charge Nurse, you'll be working 36 hours per week for a renowned charity that has been transforming the lives of the elderly and those with learning disabilities for over 30 years. As a Sister/Charge Nurse, you will:
Support the Deputy Clinical Manager in managing the home.
Provide clinical nursing leadership to ensure high standards of resident care.
Oversee the clinical team and ensure compliance with care standards.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
Mentor and support nursing staff to enhance their skills.
