Title              HR Operations Specialist
Based:          Daresbury, Warrington, WA4
Contract:       September 2025 (possibly longer)
Hourly Rate:   Equivalent to £32k – 37k
Hours:           37.5 a week – Hybrid: 1 or 2 days in the office 

Role:- Working for our engineering client

Perform day-to-day HR transactions for one or several assigned service line(s) / country(ies), while also managing complex and escalated tasks. They ensure a high degree of customer experience by committing to a complete, accurate and timely completion of HR transactions. They also support the globally set standards for HR operations and ensure that the respective business processes in an HR operations front office / hub adhere to the local legal and regulatory requirements.

•    Executes and delivers HR services in compliance with agreed business processes, KPIs and quality targets in a timely, accurate and customer focused manner, showing an end-to-end responsibility.
•    Provides on-demand reports related to business processes where required.
•    Acts as point of contact for inquiries
•    Supports cross-collaboration within HR Services operations and other HR functions
