A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Process Engineer to join a UK known manufacturer in the Somerset Area!

With no day ever being the same the Process Engineer role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.

Role & Responsibilities:

Create and maintain PFMEA worksheets
Involved in the R&D of new processes across the site
Preparing projects considering budgets to develop and introduce new processes
Working closely with suppliers
Reducing manufacturing cost and non value added waste
Lead CAPEX project

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

8D, FMEA, OEE, Lean Manufacturing knowledge
HND/HNC in Mechanical Engineering or relevant degree
Ability to understand Key Process Control Measures such as Cp and Cpk
Knowledge and experience of CAD and MS Office
Apprenticeship trained - desirable
