Key Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and assemble orders to the standards set in the warehouse training program.
Ensure a high level of accuracy when picking customer orders.
Maintain efficiency and meet performance criteria for picking.
Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintain safe working practices at all times, and complete any required training.
Communicate effectively to build strong working relationships with colleagues, and embody the PPG values and behavioural standards.
Load the van with picked items for daily delivery.
Coordinate and execute deliveries efficiently, keeping accurate records as required.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Report any issues with goods or services to the Branch Supervisor promptly.
Collect accurate payments from customers as instructed by the Branch Supervisor and secure them according to procedure.
Use route planning and ePod software for deliveries.Qualifications:

Full UK Driving Licence (Essential).
Strong communication skills.
Ability to use relevant IT equipment and complete required training and ongoing competency assurance.
Well-organized, with the ability to plan daily delivery routes.
Structured and efficient approach to tasks, with a focus on meeting customer ETAs
