Reporting to the Partner/Lead Partner
Main Responsibilities
To transcribe and prepare dictation through audiotyping and word processing in a timely and efficient manner
Deal with administrative routines such as photocopying, document binding, document bundling, CD production and scanning
Operate case management system
Complete all new client Anti-Money Laundering Checks
Create new clients on the case management system
Storing deeds, wills, EPAs etc including databasing
Set up Trust records
Quality control – checking and proof-reading work
Appreciation of legal procedures
Skills Required
Excellent verbal and written skills
Excellent keyboard skills – particularly in Microsoft Word
Digital dictation (desirable, but training will be given)
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail in work produced
Team player– supportive, reliable and flexible
This role will be subject to Disclosure and Barring Service, Baseline Personnel Security Standards, Counter Terrorist Check and Security Check, or Developed Vetting clearance.
