Requiring two engineers experienced with Ziess Hawk 3 scanner and a GOM (Ziess Inspect) software package.

Scanning and analysing the results to ensure compliance with requirements.

Job Description:

Customer is seeking skilled individuals to support CMM dimensional measurement of Forgings efforts at their facility.
Daily inspection of Forgings. Resource will be checking for conformity to customer specifications, acting as a quality gate.
Further orientation will be performed on site.Duration:

3 to 6 monthsFrequency:

Monday to Friday 07:30 to 16:30 and Friday 07:30 to 12:30, although there can be additional hours and also flexibility.Skill Requirements:

Experience with Ziess Hawk 3 scanner and a GOM (Ziess Inspect) software package
At least 3 years' experience using dimensional inspection equipment
Hands on experience with GD&T per ANSI Y 14.5
Must be able to interpret Blue Prints and drawings
Familiarity with Quality and Manufacturing processes
Preferably an inspection background in receiving, in-process inspection knowledge of FAI reports
