A leading flexographic and digital label manufacturer, this state-of-the-art facility is the largest site in a €45M turnover group. Fully accredited with BRC, HACCP, SEDEX, and ISO, the site is equipped with advanced systems like Helios, ensuring top-tier quality and compliance.

The Quality Manager will ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards, drive process improvements, and lead quality initiatives to support operational excellence. With new legislation upcoming, this role offers the chance to shape strategies for compliance and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and enhance BRC, HACCP, SEDEX, and ISO compliance.
Lead internal/external audits and manage certifications.
Implement legislative changes and train staff on quality standards.
Oversee Helios inspection systems and production quality processes.
Mentor the quality team and foster continuous improvement.Requirements:

Experience in quality management within printing or packaging (flexo/digital preferred).
Strong knowledge of BRC, HACCP, SEDEX, and ISO standards.
Familiarity with Helios or similar systems is an advantage.
