Sue Ross Recruitment are seeking a detail-oriented and well organised individual to join a well-established solicitors firm in Retford. This is an exciting chance to work alongside a supportive team in a professional and friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately input financial transactions into the case management system, ensuring efficiency and accuracy

* Process daily banking activities, including receipts and payments

* Handle bill and disbursement postings, ensuring correct allocation of funds

* Input payments via the online banking system, adhering to internal financial procedures

* Perform daily bank reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy

* Take card payments over the phone, ensuring a smooth client payment process

* Assist with financial queries, liaising with fee earners and other departments as needed

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Legal Cashier and a solid understanding of Solicitors’ Accounts Rules. They must posses strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as well as being highly organised with the ability to manage high volumes of work.
