Job Title: M&E Project Manager (Site-Based)
Location: Birmingham Good Hope Hospital
Contract Type: Temporary (22nd April 2025 – 30th June 2025)
Overview:
An established contractor is seeking an experienced M&E Project Manager for a site-based role on a modular extension project at a hospital in Birmingham. This is a great opportunity to oversee a key healthcare project, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality delivery.
Project Overview:
* Modular extension to an existing hospital facility.
* Start on-site: 22nd April 2025.
* Project completion date: 30th June 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage all M&E aspects of the project on-site.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Monitor project progress and address any on-site challenges.
* Liaise with the client and key stakeholders to maintain clear communication.
* Manage schedules, budgets, and quality control throughout the project duration.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an M&E Project Manager, ideally within healthcare or modular construction.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in a construction environment.
* Ability to manage site operations effectively, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Relevant qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering (preferred but not essential).
