CNC Turner – Liss / Petersfield area - £38,000 - £45,000

We are recruiting for a CNC Turner to join a small, friendly company based on the outskirts of Petersfield in the Liss area working for an extremely interesting and specialist automotive company. If you have a passion for cars, especially high end vehicles, this company would definitely interest you.

Responsibilities

The role of CNC Turner will have the following responsibilities:

* Operate a Haas CNC 4-axis turning centre producing automotive components.

* Set existing programs.

* Create and validate new programs using a combination of offline and online programming.

* Work cross-functionally with the engineering manager and other production team members to optimise the manufacture of complex parts.

* Support the inspection function of the business

Requirements:

To be considered for the role of CNC Turner you will ideally have the following:

* Experience with CAM / CAD software (CAMWorks, SolidWorks, etc.)

* A background with HAAS or Fanuc would also be ideal

* Problem solving experience

* Confident working within a small team

Package

The successful candidate for the role of CNC Turner will receive the following:

* Salary £38,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience

* Summer shutdown

* Monday to Thursday 7am-4pm

* Early finish on a Friday 1pm

* Overtime opportunities

The role of CNC Turner is commutable from Portsmouth, Petersfield, Liphook. Liss, Chichester and surrounding areas.
